Biplex - Corrugated Plastic Sheet

Biplex is an extruded twinwall corrugated plastic sheet manufactured from polypropylene and polyethylene copolymer. Our Biplex corrugated plastic sheet offers efficient solutions to a wide variety of applications. Compared to alternatives such as cardboard, metal or rigid plastic, Biplex corrugated plastic sheet offers the following unique advantages:

The following treatments/additives are optionally available on Biplex corrugated plastic sheets (subject to minimum manufacturing quantity):

• flame retardant treatment for those applications requiring better fire behaviour
• UV-stabilization offering improved UV-resistance for outdoor applications
• Anti-static treatment especially for further converting (avoids static loads of the sheet)
• Corona treatment allows you to print/bond Biplex sheet easier
• Micro-perforation can serve as an anti-slip surface for your sheets
Talc addition offers you a stiffer sheet but on the other hand more brittle
