UHMWPE Ultra High Molecular Weight Polyethylene
(PE1000)

Having the highest molecular weight of all Polyethylene, PE1000 ultra high molecular weight polyethylene is the most wear resistant. Particularly suited to applications such as chain guides, star wheels, wear strips etc. It remains the typical impact resistance of Polyethylene and can operate as low as -270ºC.

By the addition of a proportion of regenerated PE1000 we can offer a more cost effective form whilst still retaining much of its excellent wear and impact resistance. Particularly suited to linings and wear applications where a low-cost alternative is required.
