GCIP manufactures press and hand-cut washers, gaskets and adhesive pads to any specification, size, shape and form – and in any quantity – from a fully comprehensive range of standard and specialist materials. Many materials can be supplied with a self-adhesive backing where required

We stock a huge selection of interchangeable tools which means we can produce many OD x ID washer sizes without the need for additional tooling costs.

Our precision machining facility is ideal for thicker washers and spacers – manufactured in your preferred choice of material selected from our huge range of engineering plastics, including commonly requested materials: PTFE, nylon and acetal.
